...... unfortunately, it's going to come to an abrupt stop WARNING - I am going to have a bit of a rant..... none of you need to read & I'll be none the wiser
but I will feel better getting it off my chest - IF YOU'RE SQUEEMISH / EATING DON'T READ!
Anyway, as some of you know, I've got Crohn's Disease (don't google if you don't know & are eating!) - generally it's OK but there are certain things that it doesn't like. You get to know what you can / can't eat (and can be different for different people - my DF has it & can eat things that would make me really ill & vise versa!).
Generally, F&V are dodgy - I've been eating loads as need to bulk out meals with free things (esp tomatoes which are lethal for me) and tum's had enough:( Things have been going downhill the past couple of weeks but now . TBH I thought it would happen before now so am really pleased I've managed to get so much off before it has!
I prob should've stopped a couple of weeks ago but it's kind of like admitting the disease has won - if that makes any sense.
Anyway, will be sticking to it as much as poss - having things like WW sausages (which are absolutely bloomin' lovely btw:D) for dinner but will prob be a few points over each day as I'll be having to fill up on pots & rice more.:( (Fingers crossed I can maintain weight as I do usually have a few points spare each day as get loads for walking Maisie:T)
Hoping things settle quickly & I can start again (carefully!).
Need to be really carefully not to set off a full blown Crohn's flare up or I'll end up back on steroids (which is where most of my excess weight comes from as I put on at least 2 stone every time I'm on them).
OK rant over
I hope things settle down for you quickly rising. Your weight loss is brilliant though. I know how precious every point is on the ww plan but have you thought about doing filling & healthy instead of counting points? I switched about 3 weeks ago and have never looked back. As much rice, pasta potatoes and meat as you want but it has to be wholewheat pasta and brown rice. I dunno how that would affect you? Everything has to be cooked from scratch (which suits me) and the money I have saved on not buying crisps or snacks (low pp ones) has made up for the little extra I've spent on extra fruit.
I love it as I am real carb freak and have been much more satisfied with my meals and to my surprise wholewheat pasta is actually quite nice :rotfl:Free by FiftyDebt of the Moment -August NSD Challenge 14/150 -

Hi all
Well this is my first attempt and not very good so far. Groceries Monday, and work yesterday so had to pay for parking. But I just had free teas from the machine, rather than a posh one, and I took my own lunch. But, I've just run out of weedkiller. I have searched the shed, which is a good start, as normally I cba and just buy some more. But we have definitely run out. And the front garden is a bit
Will do better tomorrow.Bossymoo

Never mind, there are plenty of potential NSDs available for October, you can do it:)
I CAN and I WILLgrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!! :rotfl:
Yesterday turned into a trip to Poundland, twice to Asda (OH dropped his wallet in the carpark and some kind soul handed it in!!), and once to Tesco's. I'm done with shopping for a while...!!
Today isn't a no spend either which was expected. So went ahead and got a stocking filler here. OH DD3 birthday so giving her money. Plus out for dinner tonight (inc 20% off voucher!!!)
Like the idea of planning in advance which days are gonna be NSDs. Will try this for the rest of the month, but obviously count in a couple extra as I can't depend on OH to not spring something on me!! :rotfl:
Keep up the good work everyone! :T And thanks for keeping me motivatedWealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
