Evening all
NSD number 1 for me today. :j:j
Nothing at all spent. I don't include DD's as they have to be paid. I take out my weekly spends, petrol money and my weekly grocery money on a Sunday. So i dont have to keep taking money out of the bank as i used to be a bugga for just taking a tenner here and there and just spending.
However i do include any spending from any of these budgets even though it is budgeted.
My NSD's are days with absolutely no physical spends where i hand over card or cash including internet purchases. I am really trying to curb my wasteful spends. But even spending on petrol makes me think about how i drive to best economise.
Sorry for the ramble.
Thanks for organising us all Freeby, and thanks for the updates everyone who is involved.:D

I am in two minds about it, want to set myself hard targets but be realistic. as technically not a spend as i have spent the money already, however it is spending money...
I used to count any spend on a debit / credit card or cash - basically anything not a dd. However I adjusted my rules so I don't count petrol or milk (both essentials), these weren't my problem areas for spending anyway. After this month I'm also excluding boot camp payments as I don't count pole (dd)
Well we're off the mark here with NSD #1 :j Feel like I might have a bit more control thos month now the Sada glitch has sadly ended () still it was nice while it lasted.

Your weight loss is impressive Rising :j
Thanks...... unfortunately, it's going to come to an abrupt stop WARNING - I am going to have a bit of a rant..... none of you need to read & I'll be none the wiser
but I will feel better getting it off my chest - IF YOU'RE SQUEEMISH / EATING DON'T READ!
Anyway, as some of you know, I've got Crohn's Disease (don't google if you don't know & are eating!) - generally it's OK but there are certain things that it doesn't like. You get to know what you can / can't eat (and can be different for different people - my DF has it & can eat things that would make me really ill & vise versa!).
Generally, F&V are dodgy - I've been eating loads as need to bulk out meals with free things (esp tomatoes which are lethal for me) and tum's had enough:( Things have been going downhill the past couple of weeks but now . TBH I thought it would happen before now so am really pleased I've managed to get so much off before it has!
I prob should've stopped a couple of weeks ago but it's kind of like admitting the disease has won - if that makes any sense.
Anyway, will be sticking to it as much as poss - having things like WW sausages (which are absolutely bloomin' lovely btw:D) for dinner but will prob be a few points over each day as I'll be having to fill up on pots & rice more.:( (Fingers crossed I can maintain weight as I do usually have a few points spare each day as get loads for walking Maisie:T)
Hoping things settle quickly & I can start again (carefully!).
Need to be really carefully not to set off a full blown Crohn's flare up or I'll end up back on steroids (which is where most of my excess weight comes from as I put on at least 2 stone every time I'm on them).

On the flip side ..... hopefully the grocery bill will return to more normal levels - it's been getting way out of control the past couple of months ..... why is healthy stuff so much more expensive!:mad:Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
