I've heard/read loads of things about sushi being really popular in Australia which I suppose makes sense seeing they have a massive coastline and a very mixed population.

His return date seems to be put back and back and I heard a rumour he might be staying!

His flat has gone on the market!

Probably all that sushi keeping him there!

So just a rumour although he is selling.

Firefox the fish oils I take are called Mind1st and they are the ones that have been used in medical trials.

She will eat salmon under duress and I also try and eat it occasionally and also mackerel when it's in season but although I don't mind them I'm not really that keen.

I remember catching my own mackerel in The Isles of Scilly when I was a little girl and the bed and breakfast cooked it for me and I loved it!

Oooh fresh mackerel. I bet that Japanese restaurant in Newcastle serves seafood almost as fresh as yours! So near to a fishing port.

Girlie said it was absolutely delicious!

It had chicken breast, onion, potato, coconut milk Massaman paste she bought in Thailand and she made her own tamarind paste.
