For happiness and confidence when writing your CV and interviewing a little slogan I picked up helped me 'fake it until you make it'.
No-one except my partner knew just how low I got, even then I don't think he could imagine how desperate I felt.
Look at things you appreciate - I love staring at clouds for instance - it really takes me away - they're amazing! There is also a reason why the internet is filled with pictures of cute animals, another salve.
I had to find a way to laugh at myself and my bad experiences job hunting - and this site helped an incredible amount.
When you get through this, which you will, you will be a lot better as a result, see this as an opportunity to cope.
