Talk Talk wrong bill

Hi,
recently I terminated a contract with talk talk (broadband) and for that I have to pay the cancellation fee for the 6 months left on the contract. However Talk Talk is billing me for 12 months. They repeatedly admitted their error by phone and e-mail (which I have saved), but they are not taking any action to fix the bill amount.
Can you help me with this problem? I phoned them several times but they just making me waste time!
Edit:Nevermind this post, at last they sorted out everything. Actually they made another error, but this time in my favor.
