Hi,

Orange contract has come to an end and going to call orange to see if they will match another package.

Can anyone advise of a cheap packge with free evening and weekend calls to landlines. I am currently on Everyday 50 and paying about £15/month.

three are now doing 3000 off peak any network mins for £25. Closest to that i have seen is orange with 1000 cross network mins for £25. I personal have never had a problem using three. Just the walled garden on the wap i don't like

Orange everyday 50 is not an option anymore. Think twice before you give it up because you wont be able to get it again

Have a look at this deal by mobileshop:

    http://www.mobileshop.com/mobile-phones/orange/pay-monthly/nokia-3120.php/PORANG31200004

Offering a 1000 minute off peak any network deal with 12 month free line rental.

Yes but you cancel after the year and go off to another network. You are getting the phone, line rental and minutes free for the year.

Might be a touch more then what you spend, but t-mobile have the Free time max tariff at £20 for:

    - 3000 off peak minutes to landlines and t-mobile lines.
    - The comfort of being able to pick up your voicemails for free without your minutes being absorbed at the same time. That way you can auto divert during the day at work and dial out in the evening.
    - Picking up a handset which you can use to replace your old one (especially if it is a Nokia which can be easily unlocked) and then selling that one off on eBay or any auction site to then subsidise.

I would recommend the mobileshop deal as well... however, alot of people tend to claim back on line rental and what have you so it might not be very cost effective worthwhile.

    Regards,
    FF.

Orange also match an O2 tariff called O2 Leisure Plus. This gives you 1000 off-peak minutes to Orange mobiles and landlines, 25 off-peak minutes to any network and 100 free text messages. All this for £20 a month.

Note: Itemised billing on this tariff is an extra 99p, but, like me, if you don't need it then remember to tell them that you don't want itemised billing when you transfer your tariff, otherwise you'll be charged £20.99 each month!

You can sell your Right to subscription to Everyday 50 to someone else....last I heard they were fetching £70-£80.
Orange will allow someone else to take over your contract....there was a post on here about a week ago all about this.........look it up.

Only problem with selling your ED50 contract is you will probably lose your number, however you may make a bit of money in the process, it is a bit of a trade off.
