Does anyone use Primus for their broadband and phone? Their current deal looks pretty appealing (although we are hoping to move in 3 months, how will that affect a new contract?)
Thanks pie

Unless you take the service to the new address, an ETC will be payable. If you do move it, you will start a new minmum term.
Moving home does not void your contract without penalty. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Hi Pie
I have been with this shambolic company since March this year and after asking to retain my phone number they gave me a new one saying it wasn't an old BT line - which it is! Once they had proof that it was they said I could have my old No back if I pad them £100 (for their error!!) Sent case to Ombudsman who are having porbs getting any reply from Primus - no surprise there then.
I also was charged over £200 for downloads which they calculate totally differfently to other providers and they don't warn you either so you end up paying hundreds of pounds in ignorance.
When we use the phone the internet connection drops and doesn't come back until 15 mins after we hang up!!
Appalling company avoid if you value your sanity
Good luck
