One more thing. After our mishap with trying a regular quarter-circle corner sink. We cut out (from cardboard) the measurements of the sink and toilet to check they fit before we bought them. That might help. Ours also slopes. We've got that from the wall above the sink, so that the wall above the toilet (opposite the sink and radiator) is full height.

Reviving this thread as I've just been looking for cistern-top handwash basins and have come across the Sinkpositive (£189.99 on Amazon UK or £175 here - it may be brilliant but it's a bit pricey!), which led me to this thread, and also the Aquadue, which is an Austrian product and appears to be a retrofit that replaces your entire cistern. They claim it's really easy to fit. If you Google it you'll find a video showing it in operation in a phone box!

I was looking for something like this ten years ago (having had one in my apartment when I lived in Japan) and couldn't find any in the UK at that time. In the end I managed to fit in a small basin, but it's good to know that they are available now.

Hi! Some new "WiCi Concept" french models are now available in the UK : two of them are adaptable ones, whereas the third one is fully integrated on a wall hung toilet... :T
Price is obviously a bit different than the ones linked before, but you should have a look !
