I think Flyer is right. I have Windows XP SP2 and Outlook 2003 - can't see an option to export the Outlook settings.

I think Flyer needs to use the Files & Settings Transfer Wizard (Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Files & Settings Transfer Wizard).

However, I can't see an option to export the Outlook settings, so I would put the Laptop next to the PC, open Outlook on both and then compare the settings "side by side".

Tried that one yesterday! I don't think there is anything wrong with the account. If I go to NTL website from my laptop, I can send and receive e mail there which proves there is nothing wrong with the account. I can only assume it is something to do with OUtlook or other settings on the laptop.
