Have you tried seeking advice from the National Autistic Society? They may be able to help and advise.0

Good for you!
However the OP (and others) may not have and may well not be aware of the process.
Please read your own post. You were talking about OP not to him. He this, he that.
You do not make yourself clear.
Maybe you shouldn't start with ' In any case'. That can be read in a number of ways.0 -

It certainly seems that you are lacking appropriate support at the moment, as it is impacting on your work and you may need support getting back into work
I am glad to hear that your GP is supportive but I think you need to look into support groups, as you come across as feeling isolated and some social interaction (appropriate to someone with Aspergers) may help alleviate that to a degree, and take some of the pressure off both you and your family
I was working with a group of teens with autistism yesterday and it was very apparent that although they each had their own outlook, they enjoyed being a part of the group and among friends
sutty1966 has made a good suggestion here, I hope you can follow it up if you are not already in touch with them - LINK hereYou never know how far-reaching something good, that you may do or say today, may affect the lives of others tomorrow0 -
Well I went to my local Job Centre and Council today, and printed my appeal letter ready to post in the morning.
Have applied online for JSA and HB/CTB, and the council have made me an appointment with the Homelessness Prevention Team so I can get help finding a cheaper flat. Sadly due to changes in benefits I only apply for 'Room Rate' HB as I'm under 35, but it's still better than no money coming in at all. They've also given me some info on applying for their affordable housing scheme.
Hopefully the JSA will take into account my problems and I won't get too long of a sanction on it.
Next stop is the Dr. for some depression medication
Thank you all very much for all of your advice. It's been very helpful and I feel as if I've been able to achieve quite a lot today. I feel a lot better just for knowing I'm not alone and people are interested in helping me
PupPupI have autism, so apologies if I come across as rude. It may just be my communication problems.0 -

:TGreat news PupPup, it sounds like by acting quickly you will get the right support - so often people just sit and worry, but by acting quickly before things got to crisis point you have prevented them getting worse - they may even be getting better!
Thanks for letting us know how things went and do let us know how things pan out in the future! You never know how far-reaching something good, that you may do or say today, may affect the lives of others tomorrow0 -
You got sacked and you admit to gross misconduct.
OK, sorry to hear about your illness which you think should help your case.
Then you post that you tried to get some of your workmates sacked also by saying they sleep etc.
Not very nice.
And no sympathy from me.0 -

he didn't say he gave their names, even if he did it would be very unlikely for them to sack someone after the fact and even if they were to do that, if the rule is enforced on one it should be enforced on all, so you may see it as not nice but what is the guy meant to do if he thinks he is being treated differently to others...just not mention it!0 -

I never once told management about those people being asleep, the manager himself caught them. My point is that others have committed gross misconduct as well, but have not been punished at all. The only place I've mentioned them is this forum.
I would never do that to others. They might have had difficulties of thier own. I don't feel your comment was very nice, or appropriate. I have only asked for advice, not sympathy.I have autism, so apologies if I come across as rude. It may just be my communication problems.0
