help!!! how long does this whole process take to exchange

    ok, so as per your other thread, can you get your buyers' EAs/solicitors to remind the tardy FTB that his mortgage offer must be running out soon so he needs to get a move on ?

  • Just been given a deadline for 30/11/12 from top chain
    But no one can get hold of the bottom chain

    We r still still waiting on him to return mortgage paperwork and deposit for the last 3 weeks. I cant believe this is happening.

    I cOntacted everyone including the bottom chain
    Estate agents but no one can get hold of him.

    Don't know what to do

    On 27/11/12 we have just heard the FTB(bottom chain)
    Has returned all paperwork back and now waiting the deposit
    To be sent to solicitors to exchange. Top chain said they won't pull
    And wait to see what happens. FINGERS CROSSED
  • still waiting for the deposit from bottom chain(ftb)

    its not going to happen i don't think. they can't get hold him again.
