Sky poor customer service and beyond!!!

Just spent an hour (phone and live chat) and achieved nothing other than to find out, that I need to talk to 3 different people to

improve my sky package and to add broadband.

I'm paid £ 72 last month for TV and Phone without Movies and Sport and just wanted better value for money.

My Sky Box is on the blink, maybe it's a hint to leave Sky!

I am not even a customer yet, trying to join and so far i am not impresed with the call centre set up.

Seems its pot luck if you get somone that can help.

Well, to be fair, you are experiencing problems mainly because of a poorly organised free-for-all on discount codes.
For the every day query (or complaint) they are usually very professional in my experience.
Certainly no worse (and no better) than the other provider call centres.

I certainly wouldn't use the "Live Chat" facility for anything other than the most basic questions, however.
