Talk Talk - not talking

I am a talk talk business customer who was recently "migrated" to tt's new MYACCOUNT - Which has been down for at least 36 hours

When I try accessing my old system (pre MYACCOUNT) - I get told to try resetting my password - but on trying that, I get told that my account name is not recognised
This is infuriating...
Does anyone have any idea when MYACCOUNT will be up and runnning ?
