Registered my interest in BT Infinity 2 some months ago when the checker said that it would be available 30th september, checked again today and it now says 31st december.
Anyone else in Grantham waiting for this.

Does it matter how many people are waiting ? Dates slip - they have to have something to base their delays upon

My locality was given Jun 30th as the start date, this then slipped to Sep 30th - I got an e-mail yesterday saying that it was up and running.
I will now see if they are better than o2 - they can't possibly be worse ! can they ?0 -
I'm waiting for it in Grantham too. Have been on 1MBit only for the past 4 years and can't wait to get something faster.
Anyway, I've been keeping my eye on it and everything that I can see seems to suggest that it's being enabled as of the end of this month (tomorrow).
The "See when infinity is coming to your area" says September 30th, the samknows website suggests that it's to be enabled on 30th September and I also noticed that the green BT box on the corner of Harrowby Road and Alma Park road says that "BT Fibre is here".
I guess it's now a case of waiting for the fibre to be layed to your street.0 -
Ok BT are now taking orders and i can get 41 Mbps. BUT does this mean SKY will follow soon as i would prefer to stay with them on the full package (TV phone broadband) I have rang SKY and they say they have no idea when but soon if the exchange has been uprated.4kWp, South facing, 16 x phono solar panels, Solis inverter, Lincolnshire.0
