Second pic is the alarm board pc5015 - do you have the installation manual (as opposed to a user manual) if not there seems to be plenty online. Google pc5015 installation manual
There should be info on how to program the engineers code but if it's been changed it's not going to really help much but would show if the * 8 5015 etc was correct.

Have you tried contacting G4s and asking? They might give you it, or sell it, if they still have it on file.
Hi, Thanks guys for yoru help, finally got the code from G4S for free, still unable to set due to quite a few breaks caused by workmen. Is it the 5015manual I need to help me start identifying zones etc..? Thanks again
Got the right book, thanks. Does anyone know if the wires are easily rejoined or purchased as a few of mine have been cut and I would rather try to do it myself rather than pay and engineer? Thanks...
