    I don't understand it?

You had cleared your debts a few months ago, had an income of £60k+ pa, had paid cash for a caravan and a house? got yourself a job in september, got yourself a bf? then more recently the kids father seemed to be living back with you? Now you have no income and even more debt? What happened to your dla? Your soa in september says you have an income of £1574 a month solely yours?

None of it makes any sense?

I didn't have an income of that or a house etc it was a boyfriends that was a stupid mistake.

The kids dad hasn't lived with me hes been helping with the kids why I've been unwell and was paying some bills etc.

I give the job up when my treatment started.
  • Sorry. I must have misread your income on your soa post #1?

I didnt say you had? Or that you was wrong? My income included a full time wage which I no longer have?

Keep smiling - you have done it before and I am sure you can sort it out again :). Most importantly, take care of yourself - your health is more important than debt x

Your latest SOA says two adults with one working and your tax credits claim last month is joint so which is it?
Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama ;)

I explained in the post why it says 2 adults. I was feeding my sister and she was practically living here, as well as the kids dad calling in for tea etc. All this changed when something else happened and he doesn't visit/support us anymore.

Oh you mean on the benefits board.

We was advised to change to joint because I'd give up work and was using his income to pay my bills etc and not claiming out of work/sickness benefits.

But since his accident he hasn't supported us so now its claims on its way back to single.

It seems some of my "friends" don't like the fact he was involved and interfered
