It was pretty obvious that there would be some drawbacks for 11p/hour as against 50p/hour.0 -
Their website looks a bit unprofessional to me (it looks like it was made in 5 minutes in Frontpage), they also limit calls to 3 hours per day, block users who "exceed calls that are not consistent with regular domestic use", and cut you off if you are on the call for more than 60 minutes. In addition, they charge you through premium rate texts, which I don't like.[link]
Unless I've got it wrong, £10 = (30 days) * (3 hours per day) = 90 hours of calls to selected countries via 020 access number using your 'inclusive' minutes. I think calls to mobiles are included, but it's worth making sure.
With Rebtel it tells you exactly what you get and doesn't limit what you've paid for. Their site design is also a lot more sophisticated, and you just deposit what you need.0
