Worcester boiler circuit board

Out of curiosity, anyone know how much it would cost to have a new one of these put into a 12 yr old Worcester 24cdi combi ? Gas board have just done it under homecare cover - have been paying into this for years and seemingly got little back for the huge outlay . Am due to renew soon --- at £233 and wondering whether worth it ie perhaps just save the money and pay out as and when.

Give your local parts centre a ring and ask them.0

We had a non-Worcester circuit board for (magically) about £230 last year. Can't remember exact part type, but sure it was that.
Spent a fortune on small fixes before replacing the whole boiler, but still less than we'd have spent on something like homecare.0 -
There are 3 different boards for these.
Anything between £262 + VAT and £327 + VAT depending which board yours has. (my prices fitted)0 -
Many thanks folks. The main good thing about Homecare is that for a priority call, they come out usually the same day . Im tempted to ditch it, but its scary to think that if the local CH firms are busy, we could be stuck. High price we're paying though to avoid that.0
