BT Issue

Hi,
I've just noticed that my monthly BT bill has shot up from £35 to £62 on a monthly basis which I am far from happy about, I've tried to get through to BT to discuss this but their service seems to be completely automated. Below is the breakdown of my bill at the moment, does anyone know if there are better options available?
I'm also trying to get a wireless hub for my modem from BT but this is proving hopeless.
Line Rental - £14.60.
Broadband and calls - £14.
Anytime calls add-on- £4.90.
Phone usage - £3.74.
Broadband usage - £25.

Broadband usage: £25. Does that mean you're going over your usage allowance and are being charged a penalty or something.
£25 is roughly the increase ?0 -

I was under the impression that my broadband was unlimited, however I cannot get speaking to someone from BT to clarify this. Is there still a BT representative on this site?0 -
What option b/band package are you being billed for?? AFAIA option 3 is the "unlimited" package.
Also there are numerous threads on this forum and BT's own support forums indicating that MANY people have been charged for unsubstantiated "extra" b/band usage.0 -

Can't you clarify this by looking at your account and bill online?0 -

Looking at BT package prices available now, £13 would get you 10Mb, and unlimited would be £26. But those are not necessarily the prices you are paying. Or maybe you were getting unlimited as an introductory offer which has now ended.0 -

Is there any option available to talk to a representative directly rather than posting on the BT forum?0
