Cubitt & West can be incredibly pushy to buyers also. Viewed a property with them before, and had barely left before I was being pestered to make an offer.

Have heard rumours of them undervaluing in order for sales to be rushed through. So whatever you choose, get a couple valuations done.

I have been into see Cubitt and West this week and have been very helpful and assisted me in putting my house on the market! I would recommend them to others they did not seem pushy to me!

an EA can be as pushy as he wants as long as he gives a good quote and sells my house in a timely fashion!
  • I wasn't happy with cubbit and west either for the same reason as others have stated. Liked the local company who have marketed our house

Im still using them as they have now show me my house pictures and they are incredible! They put a lot of effort into it and make sure you tidy your house and give great tips in doing this! The other estate agents i have been to the pictures look gloomy and really badly setup! They just seem so much more professional!
