We've finally got to the statement that you're looking for a selling agent on the other thread.

Can you see how the statement I've quoted here gives the impression (still) that you're looking for recommended agents to buy from ..... ?

It's only 10 minutes since we eventually teased the real question out of you, and that took a good hour, so... not yet, no....

    Still thinking.
  • if your struggaling then maybe you can use sky1? the show is about three of the top uk agents selling your property. i can pass on some detail if needed.
  • We've just sold using Woodlands in Horsham, no complaints there. We got a good rate from them and everyone we dealt with was friendly.

We spoke to Cubitt & West before going on the market and didn't really like them - they were quite pushy and were in the house for over an hour doing the valuation (by the end I could barely stop myself yawning), telling us how brilliant they are in about 500 different ways, yet they never actually told us how much they charge.
