Hi
I have received a letter from BT stating that they have not charged me since May 2010 for my broadband, (which is still active), even though I had contacted them previously by telephone and they stated my bills were upto date. (I have not got time or dates when I did this) They are now insisting I pay it all back to them, can they do this??

if you have not paid it, and you know you havent why notDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
