The BMW is not transferable it will only be delivered to the winner of the competition.

It is stated in the terms and conditions that the car will only be delivered on receipt of a valid UK driving license in the winners name.

So what about Provisional? I'd be with my hubby, who is a full liscence holder, so legl but as for the terms, who knows.

Furtherto your recent enquiry regarding winners of any car competition. Ifthe winner holds a provisional license, then a suitable full license holderwill be required to accompany them as per laws for learner drivers.
