To enter this Competition, answer the competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:
· PRTS Phone - call 09012 93 33 33 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
· SMS text – send a SMS text to 83336 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number with their answer to 83336 by the competition closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer as submitted in their second text). This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.
· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.

I think someone on here confirmed that you do not need a licence - [STRIKE]I'll have a search to confirm[/STRIKE]
Weeowens took it from the T&C's from another ITV comp that included a car

[STRIKE]I'm just trying unsuccessfully to get onto the ITV website to see if it says in the T&C's for this comp.[/STRIKE]

If I were you I'd email them to confirmThe shinbone is a device for finding furniture in a dark room.:TBig thanks to all competition posters:T0 -
This is so annoying. As far as I am aware there is no requirement to have a driving licence in order to actually own a car, just to drive it. I guess this must be to do with the 7 days worth of insurance...Newly debt-free and totally at sea!0
-
I've only ever seen the term allowing a transfer of the car in Daybreak competitions... it doesn't appear in T&Cs for This Morning, Red or Black etc...0
-
weve all had different answers from them-they told me that you couldnt transfer the car that was all itv comps but tolld weeowens you can so who knowsWhat goes around-comes around0

Hi,I did not actually email them though.weve all had different answers from them-they told me that you couldnt transfer the car that was all itv comps but tolld weeowens you can so who knows
I just lifted some of the terms on one comp posted on here.It is not certain that these will remain constant on all ITV comps.
I'd imagine a licence is needed as to register/tax a new car insurance is needed & I imagine that a licence is needed for insurance purposes.0 -
I don't drive and I've entered anyway. I'd be more than happy with the £10k, assuming they'd let me have that without the car, or perhaps they'd only give the whole prize to someone holding a current driving licence?Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0

I remember someone saying that the whole prize had to be taken, so if you can't take the car then you can't have the money either.
I can't remember who the poster was who asked about it though.:o2019 Wins

if you have to have a driving licence then it is excluding people with medical conditions that mean they cannot drive and I thought that wasn't allowed here but hey, never mindIf at first you don't succeed try, try, try again.
