Why not telephone them and ask???0

Based on the cards you've mentioned above MBNA is probably your best bet. Be sure that you've settled your account with them before ringing.
In the last few months I've got Halifax and Post office cards but no luck with repeat offers or extension. Good luck.0 -
I've just got my fourth (or might even be fifth!) repeat on my LTSB Advance card - another 6 months at 0%, no fee. Or I could have taken 12 months at 1.9%.0

The Post Office have offered me another 3 months 0% no BT fee after clearing the balance.0

Hmmm....Thanks all for the tips....
This one I am really interested in. Was there a certain department you went through to - or telephone number used. I used to go straight through to the customer retention team - but tried it a few weeks back and they werent offering anything. Ive not failed to renew this card in over 4/5 years - but now struggling. The deal you have been offered is the one I normally get offered!
This card alone is worth £100+ NET interest a month for me (32k limit) - so definately interested in any tips to renew
Post Office is an interesting one - will follow that one up....
Planning on ringing around over the weekend - but any pre-tips much appreciated :beer:To Stooze or Not To Stooze - Theres only one option0 -

Been struggling with MBNA for many years - got an 11k limit - but not managed to renew for about 3 years. Any tips - or did they just offer this to you????To Stooze or Not To Stooze - Theres only one option0 -

I cleared my existing 0% balance about 2 weeks ago, rang this morning and said I wanted to close my account and got through put through to retentions. He asked me why I wanted to close and I said it was because the 0% was ending. He asked if I had another 0% card and I gave him some vague answers about having another one. He then went into an obviously scripted spiel about me being a valued customer and could offer 0% at 6 months with no fees. Exactly the same conversation I have had very time.
I am very jealous of your 32K, makes my 4K limit seem rather pathetic!0 -
hmmmm...trouble is I always slightly air on the side of caution with this one as I dont actually want them to close it - even without a 0% - I dont want to lose a limit like that
I got the limit due them making errors. I had an 8k limit, and upgraded - e.g. Advance to Platinum. They gave me another 8k limit, intending to close down the advance - and forgot. Merged them and ended up with a 16k limit. This happened again, and I ended up with a 32k limit.
It nearly happened again, but i didnt quite get it through for a nice 64k limit :rotfl: I can always dream....if i could have kept it going - 512k @ 0% for 6 months please :rotfl: :j
Will have to try it tonight - but will quickly pull out if they say - oh ok, I'll close it down for you!!!To Stooze or Not To Stooze - Theres only one option0 -
This is getting depressingly desperate!
LTSB Advance - Best offer = 4.9% for 6 months. NO offer of 0% or 1.9% despite threatening to close the account!
M&S - 5.9% best offer - account closed.
RBS - Offered 0% - but a 3% uncapped handling fee - makes it not worthwhile!
Post Office - 'Dont do repeat offers' apparently - contradictory to what someone else has been offered here - and when asked to close the account - 'This has to be done in writing'!!!! Grrrrrr:mad:
Really not getting any luck renewing any cards - anyone else in the same boat!!!! The days of stoozing are very much at an end i hate to say!To Stooze or Not To Stooze - Theres only one option0
