Vodafone upgrade advice
Hi!
My 12 months contract is up a month tomorrow so I was going to get on the blower to Vodafone tomorrow.
Last year they offered me a good deal via retentions which was £25 per month for 500 minutes, 100 texts, 50 video minutes plus stop the clock.
However, the deal I got with upgrades was pretty rubbish so I had to wait for retentions to ring me and offer me a deal.
I've had a few problems with Voda but I would stay for a good deal and a decent phone such as the N95, Samsung U600 or that new Prada phone.
Can anyone advise me the best way to get a good deal or will I have to wait and actually cancel before the good deals get offered?
My average spend is about £40 a month.
Thanks a lot!
Matt

Iv just posted about my voda story - write them a letter and they will ring you back. Explain you want a better deal and they will fall over backwards to keep you.
