Long argument on the phone with DH. We are in a better place now but I've been let down on a massive scale. He's said sorry. I've told him actions are louder than words and I'm not talking about bunches of flowers.
Glad things are getting better and hope there is no repeat. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

((((BossyMoo)))) I thought something might be up from the frantic activity. I'm sorry if it sounded crass and intrusive - it did to me this morning. (Reminds self again - never go on 'puter when I've had a couple of glasses of red wine ....)Better is good enough.0

Louie the Poodle is the only one I've had to work at liking; he was a total and utter spoilt brat, and a thief to boot. But really, it's not his fault; his humans have simply never taught him any manners, so he doesn't know any better.:(
Sad news re Sidny; his owners have cancelled their holiday, as he's very poorly, and in all honesty, likely to make his journey to the Summerlands any day now.:( I'm so glad to have had the pleasure and privilege of looking after him.If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

Not at all. We're all friends here. But yes, I think that's it. With coming up to the first anniversary in November, my head is full of "a year ago...". Mosly "a year ago my children had their daddy", so I'm going on the attack - keeping busy and I am seeing my doc who has given me some meds for anxiety, which are very much helping. Not intruding, m'dear, it's good to shareBossymoo

Bossy, you are such a brave and lovely lady, your children really are lucky to have such a strong mum.
sounds like they are well loved and looked after when they are in your care LW
been work, fed DH, ordered DS something he needed off puter, really should go and do something off the lists.
garden must look better, a few people walking by have been stopping to look at it. either that or it really was so bad before they cant believe the difference.
i think ive upset the birds, i havent seem one all day even with the feedders up but as a joke for DS i hug the rubber snake he tries to scare me with in the branches of the budliea, will move it and see if they return.
off to do the bathroom
