    Sorry guys, I have to ask, is the Ambrosia also the trigger for the 3-for-2 veg offer? (http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/#/wai...115_60672.html) Would that mean I also have to buy in multiples of 3 (inc trigger)? Sorry, still farly new to this, trying to keep up is hard!

    which ones are you on?
    I used some at beginning of last year, for about 2 months, and havent smoked since. Was on 20+ at day before. :A

    afternoon everyone, hope your all well hugs to those who need them espeacily with children gone to uni most be really hard, my 2 dd both studied at uni at the same time but they went to our local and stayed at home moaned like mad about them but would have been worse if they had both gone, my elder dd has now moved out, 2 mins down the road have not lost a daughter but gained her baby and partner:D

    shopping getting to me went round the shop 1 2 3 / 1 2 3 so i did not forget
    then got my banana/ onion/carrot / mushroom
    paid then realised i was in tesco doing a lenor and ariel shop:)

    Don't know if it will affect anyones cereal shop but T's have put a few cereals down to £1. These are mainly Shreddies and nutrigrain.

    Much as I love a brew the Liptons Iced tea sounds foul, so has anyone tried the 7 Up 500ml as a trigger please?
    Same price as the iced tea and 2 for 1 but might not be comparable if Asda considered it a kiosk item?

    Also noticed that raspberries 150g compare with Waitrose essential raspberries on MSM also on 3 for 2, anyone tried these?
