Put dishwasher on just now, but seems short of bowls, only have six, none in the cupboard, only 2 dirty. So went on a search.

Four crusty cereal bowls in OHs bedside drawer. he eats weetabix in bed each morning, then i've seen him put the bowl in his drawer to stop the cat licking it while he has morning shower. But 4!!! Never thought i'd have to tell him to take them out again!!

My kids are terrible for this. Never, ever bring plates, cups etc downstairs.

I blew my top a few months back about it. I gave a warning that I wasnt going to be going on a crockery hunt anymore and I didn't for a whole week. On the Sunday I dished up all 3 of their Sunday dinners straight onto the Worktop because there was no plates....only the 2 I'd been washing for me and OH.

When I called them down for dinner their faces were a picture!! especially when I told them to help themselves to gravy:rotfl::rotfl:

And guess what? I improved for about a week and they all behaved and brought plates back to the kitchen, but now it's as bad as ever again:o

Twice I've seen Appeltiser mentioned in passing so I had a look on mys and found only one that is stocked by both A and W - w is on BOGOF offer. Has this been tested and found working by anyone? Is it a trigger or a stand along glitch? What can you get along with it?

    Hi mhoc,

Here's my shop from earlier today, the trigger is the Liptons Ice Tea and it glitches the Appleiser and Doritos

My bugbear is socks and underwear, 3 men in this house all wearing black socks and underwear, nightmare. I wash them but I wont sort them out and hang them up to dry, that is beyond the call of duty. So I might wash everything in the washbasket on a Monday, all socks and underwear dumped in a basket outside for one of them to sort out.By mid week no one has sorted them out so everything goes back in the machine again along with the new contents of the laundry bin. Outside they go again. Same thing at the end of the week - sometimes I've washed the same ones 3 times before someone sorts and hangs them out

My socks and underwear goes straight onto the radiator in the en suite, no one every has to do my dainties :D

Drying up is another thing- I make lists, shop, sort out fridge and cupboards, do my share of cooking and cleaning up, wash up etc - so is it too much to ask for someone else to dry up - no its not. Getting a dish washer would not help, it would still be me, rinsing and stacking and loading, no-one would ever empty it.

    rant over :rotfl:
