I have been lurking and reading this thread for ages, cheering for you all when it works and booing when it doesnt......no Sada near me so never tried it myself :(:(:(

But a friend just offered me a lift tomorrow to a big store :j

But...........despite reading about it for ages, trying it myself is scary :o could you take a peep at my possible list and point out where I have gone wrong???

    Thanks so much :T

    FILLER ITEMS........do I need to buy 7???

    ASDA Onions by Weight
    -:- Carrot
    -:- mushroom
    Smartprice rice pudding
    Asda Rainbow button
    Ada white baking pots
    Asda Giant white mice bar

    GLITCHY ITEMS........buy 6????

Ambosia Original or choc - is that chilled????
    Kellogg's Crunchy Nut Cornflakes (750g)
    Weetabix 72 x 18g
Mr Muscle 5 in 1 kitchen
    Cif Mouse Citrus Burst
    Johnsons Baby Bath 500ml

But that would be 13 items and it needs to be multiples of 3 so I would need to take off one filler??? Or one Gitchy???? :o:o:o

Glitchy items need to be in multiples of 3
Do not buy the 72pk of weetabix they are N/A in W's buy the 48 pk instead.
Ambrosia pots are not chilled they are little plastic pots 120gms usually near the jellies etc
You dont have o take off any fillers

Hi hun, dont think it's working, going to do a bit of a test on comp to see if i can get it to work, will report back in a min

tried this again after clearing browsing on both comp and in browser and also tried it in "private" browser and whilst i can get 5 items for the price of 3 it is the 2 cheapest items that are being deducted from the total
It's the thought that counts.......I think a lot!

    No worries,:D

when your posting if you got to preview post, it will show you how it would look when you hit submit but if you hit return after each line item it will straighten it up and make it more readable...

Thanks locarr, it ties my brain in knots if they're not spaced out :D

Nihil carborundum and all that, lol. Don't let it get you down, you're doing a great job ;-).
    Hope is not a strategy.

    Hiya Fozzy
    first time is scary!
you've got your glitchy items right. Rest are fillers, and dont go into the count, other than to make sure you get over the magic 8 needed for comparison.

Rice isnt chilled, its next to jellies n tins in my sada.

I;ll let others with far more expertise than me tell you if you are going to be ok with apg.

Good luck, you will have to get them to take you again to spend the apg!
:hello: The grass is not greener, it just looks that way from a distance :hello:

I have to admit when I saw it it looked alarmingly like DD's boyfriend from the back. He studies there, and DD has been training him in the art of wombling recently. Bless him, he really doesn't get it yet, but is keen to please and proudly and loudly presents her with handfuls of receipts in whatever shop they go into :rotfl:.
