This may have been mentioned, but when I used a £13+ voucher at a normal till earlier it required a supervisor override/authorise - the checkout operator said that for vouchers over (£12 and pence - possibly 49, missed the number!) then it requires the supervisor. There was no issue getting it authorised, so no trouting, but I admit it put me off using my other two £13+ vouchers in that store as the same supervisor would be required (so will have to go to another one - no worries, we are well served round here :).

It may be worth aiming for an APG below £12 if you are doing multiple shops to save the delay/discussion?

I used one for over £12 and the SV didnt have to be called over. It may depend from store to store

I think its the ginger bodywash in the outlet that is the cheapest trigger, you need 3 of those in your basket then put in the code in the code box top right of your basle page. You should find then that anything thats glitchy shows as 0.00 when you browse.
    Cheers, managed now :D

Good morning all. Busy morning here, two loads of washing on the line, cleaning wash on for the machine, Christmas cake in the oven, Christmas pud in the pressure cooker. Now I can't leave the house for at least three hours, but at least it will smell good :)

    So organised!! :T:T

I was in the sarcssm queue. I had a coupon and got myself a double dose ;)

I think I got overcharged, can I have DTD or do I need to apply for a giftcard? :p

I had a near trouting - where the SA examined my APG for £11 and called over the supervisor because my total spend on the apg receipt was £11.xx and she kept saying- but can you get the FULL amount back??? I could only feebly say, well that's what the system gave me... After polite waiting, the supervisor said as long as it was under £15 it was fine - WHEW!

    Completely Off Topic Advice Please

Need to buy birthday present/toy for 1 year old who lives in Birmingham I live in London, need to order from somewhere that I can order the toy & pay , mother can collect at local store, we cant have it delivered never sure when she will be in. Cant send money or voucher as it may not be spent on correct item.

Suggestions please, I know Tesco Direct will do this most other stores have a reserve & collect but you cannot pay in advance.

Have you looked at Collect+ delivery? You can drop off at a local participating store, recipient can then collect from a local store at their end.
