Hi there it has never mentioned gift card but they had to decide what to do with the underspend hence the reason a gift card was the answer and not being given cash although some people have said sa have done this

Ah, my mistake sorry. My store (CS) refused to give me the difference back in any form so I lost out on £5.xx of the full voucher value.

I haven't been on here for a while so forgive me if this has been mentioned. I went to my tosco today and they have finally got their mag's in. Inside was a Mr kipling halloween leaflet where you scratch and win prizes, all mine were a £1 off mr kipling cakes so managed to get 2 boxes of bakewell tarts free. So look out for it inside the books.

You could try but they don't have to refund as nothing wrong with them, I'd go in and say "just bought these for best friends birthday and another friend has just bought the same thing, can you please get a refund" they can only say no
