  • Afternoon everyone :)

Haven't been on much lately due to tending to sick children but finally got a day (or morning) of freedom so thought I'd try out the Pears this morning. Can confirm it definitely worked!

    1 x Pears Transparent Soap (125g)£0.60£0.30
    3 x Pears Shower Gel (250ml)£6.00£0.90
    2 x Pears Liquid Handwash (237ml)£4.00£0.60

Can also confirm that the spices and herbs are also still working. I did two shops this morning (one Pears and the other spices) so I could use two separate APGs, even though both shops compare to Ss I didn't want to generate a large voucher so got £9 odds back from each of them.

Okay.....now to read back and catch up with everyone and everything.
  • Ok thank you, i might have to have a look at this then.
  • Just about my ds and school I bored everybody with it the other day. Things have got a bit worse and quite a lot of agencies involved which is a good thing but all the children in his class have started saying things now and parents completely avoiding us.
Had to take DD to Great Ormond Street Hospital yesterday about her eyes as has a squint and surgery May 2011 but eye sight is still very poor and nearly blind in her left eye. I have to go back in a couple of months for some more tests. Just a bad week I don't thinks things can get much worse. xxx Thanks for asking xxx

You did NOT bore any of us. Keep smiling xxx

    hey all :)

happy birthday wool and henlens :)

Stupid Sada took £63 out my account for no reason now im overdrawn gonna get charges etc stupid divs!

And no online APG after 8 days.

    Very annoyed :(

Hope everyone having nice day apart from horrible weather.

Understandably annoyed Tricia can't help with the £63 but I would call cs and complain and explain about the charges!! As for your apg, same happened me, called cs and they told me to ring 01138261267. Lovely girl took my details and the apg appeared in my account a few hours later:D

Afternoon everyone, and Happy Birthday to all celebrating today.
Off back to catch up, just waiting on a delivery then off to Ts on a 4p sock hunt, reckon the local homeless shelter would appreciate some of the larger sizes so thanks to the OP on those xx

Mini trouting this morning but decided best policy in my store is to just stand there and not to say anything and they eventually honour the apg when they have run out of things to mutter about:p

  • Good afternoon one and all. Happy birthday :bdaycake:to all the birthday peeps, looks like there will be plenty to celebrate in the bar this evening

Quick question to you Savvy peeps, sorry if it has already been addressed this morning but a quick scan back suggests not. Have Sada changed the T&Cs for the APG regarding putting voucher underspends on a Gift Card?

I underspent on a voucher by £5 (ish) this morning and asked for the outstanding amount to be put on a gift card. I was told that they did not do that.

Assuming that they needed a spot of training, I called HO just now and they have confirmed that underspends are not put on a Gift Card.

I have just checked on the APG T&Cs and I can't find any mention of underspends going on a gift card either. I am sure the following T&C clause (point 15) used to mention it:

Claims will be made via voucher (in store) or e-voucher (online). You must ensure that you retain your original receipt as vouchers are not valid without the original receipt. In store, vouchers (together with the original receipt) can be redeemed off the cost of your next shop at the checkouts, or alternatively (again, together with the original receipt) be redeemed at the customer service desk, if you are spending less than the value of the voucher.

The above is what is currently on the web site.

Can anyone shed any light on this for me?

Any help would be much appreciated. TIA
