Sorry, should have made it more clear, CS told me that I could not get the underspend on an Asda Gift voucher. Also note the T&Cs do not mention anything about Asda gift vouchers, whereas I am sure they have done in the past.

Hi there it has never mentioned gift card but they had to decide what to do with the underspend hence the reason a gift card was the answer and not being given cash although some people have said sa have done this

( I know what a cheek eh!) well i bought a nice bag and pair of heels from Debenhams Yesterday only to discover they are in the blomming sale today :mad: can i return them an buy again?

  • Trouted last night and this morning. Used bean vouchers SV comes across with security and takes vouchers and says to security 'these are fake' away she goes, comes back tells SA to put them through. Go in today, same SA says to me 'those vouchers you used were fake yday and you came in twice and used them' I say that they are not fake they are printed from original pdf. She then insisted they were photocopies, cash office says so. SV comes over and says lots of photocopies about and way they tell is faded vouchers. I say ink is running out but no reply. I feel like i have a target on me now and they watch and check all i do. I dont even have a photocopier.

What would you do? Is there a limit to how many times you can go in a day. I mainly do 2 a day(1 shop per visit)...very occasionally 3.

    Felt like a criminal

I have my receipt back and the following came back as N/A despite being on mysupermarket:

Domestos 24 Hour Thick Bleach Citrus Fresh (750ml)

The pack is 33% extra free - would that affect it?

As a result, I also had two £3/4 items not match that were in the list.

By the time I crack this they will have fixed it ... :(.
