Anyone else notice the price hike on the SP instant custard??

    was 6p now 14p!!!!

I thought the mushy peas had inflated in price, from 4p to 14p  until I realised I was looking at the marrowfat peas :o
  • Ahh Kevin is brilliant, we have another cat in the village called Dave haha. How about Steve?

A friends cat is called Trevor. She was out in the garden calling him in, when her new neighbour popped his head over the fence and said "yes". What a great way to introduce yourrself! Mind you she was worried that the neighbours wife might think that she had a crush on him!:rotfl:

Has anyone tried this yet? It's the first time I've seen it and I think I'll be trying it out tomorrow, I had my eye on some of the No7 stuff earlier....

My mum tried it today. She got the facial wipes, nail polish and the cuticle butter, it all worked just as posted.

Congratulations on target Debs, you've done so well and got there so quickly. I'm hoping for my 4.5st on Thursday but thats taken me 14 months:o
Still a bit to go but I totally agree, SW is amazing and after years of yoyo dieting I'm confident in this plan that I'm working my way down through the sizes for the final time;)

Thank you very much, and well done on your big weight loss.
I always thought I was just rubbish, when I couldn't lose weight calorie counting. Now I totally get that before my body was in starvation mode, and that's why it didn't work.
I do think the SW very low fat, high fibre principle is the way to go, and like you say it can be adapted to do for ever.

Hello to you all, just wanted to share that I felt the need to take the laptop to bed tonight to catch up. And my almost 2yr old DD has laid with me wide awake giving me kisses on the cheek and getting excited whenever she sees a doggie picture. Must get some shut eye now.
Hoping for good weather tomorrow as I walk to my local and it takes me roughly 2 hours in all, I refuse to pay extortionate public transport fares and hope to lose a bit of weight too. Before I had my DD I was almost 2st heavier, lost some weight to get preggars and I am pleased that I am still gradually losing weight without really trying, I have made small changes..like not scoffing a whole bag of peanut m&ms as often as I used to. Keep thinking of joining a club to lose the other 2 or 3st I could do with losing, but can't seem to get motivated and I am not unhappy with my weight so just happy that it is at least gradually going in the right direction to be healthier.
    Anyway night all.

Different things work for different people. If you are getting good results on your own and you are happy then well done and carry on :)

Nice! I'm planning on getting the wipes and two single eyeshadows, all £7 so £21, £14 after the offer and £6 after the vouchers! Now I just have to work out what to spend the first fiver on.....for some reason I seem to have a shed-load of shampoo, conditioner and hair-dye.....:rotfl:
