Hoping for good weather tomorrow as I walk to my local and it takes me roughly 2 hours in all, I refuse to pay extortionate public transport fares and hope to lose a bit of weight too. Before I had my DD I was almost 2st heavier, lost some weight to get preggars and I am pleased that I am still gradually losing weight without really trying, I have made small changes..like not scoffing a whole bag of peanut m&ms as often as I used to. Keep thinking of joining a club to lose the other 2 or 3st I could do with losing, but can't seem to get motivated and I am not unhappy with my weight so just happy that it is at least gradually going in the right direction to be healthier.
Anyway night all.
Have you watched the Secret Eaters programme on C4? Makes you realise everything you eat (like the M+Ms) and makes you realise how just by cutting back on a few things relly help. One thing they said was that diet fizzy pop can be your enemy. Yes it is low calorie, but your body tastes the sweet drink and expects the sugar from it. Then when it does not get it, you get a craving for sugar so eat a bar of chocolate, which probably has more calories than normal pop...
The other programme I saw about weight loss keeping your stomach feeling full was an edition of Bang Goes the Theory on BBC - clip here:

Might I suggest you could have made your point without being so... blunt?I'm sorry, these vouchers are only exchangeable for abuse!0 -

haven't got a name for him yet and my lil one is calling him chicken jnr so need a name asap - any suggestions would be nice but be kind lol:)
That is awful calling him ugly!!! Sure a hairless dog is very strange for people who are used to seeing dogs with hair, and they wouldn't be to my taste (I'm a fan of labs or retrievers) but that's no way to talk about a lovely animal like your late Chicken!:mad::mad:
Looking at him these names come to mind...
Peanut (colour of his ears)
Barney (just looks like a Barney)
Sebastian (love names like this for animals, I have a cat called Gunther lol!)No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

If you want a homage to Chicken, Chick or Chook might be appropriate? My dog's called Jeffery though, so you might want to ignore me!! :rotfl::rotfl: I like 'human' names for animals, I also have a leopard gecko called Nigel, it took a while before she was old enough to tell her sex, Nigel's a girl!!:D

Evening all
Love the photo of chicken junior but yes he does need a name.
Dogs names are apparently mean to have 2 syllabals as it make it easier for them to respond when called.
I nearly had a 'Dave' the dog once but wasn't allowed.
Looking at the unique features of your young one and being
bbc3 fan the name stewie came to mind.
Think it really suits him.
