    No such allowance for hobby income exists.

    It was a few years ago and all i know is that the tax office advised me that I did not need to declare an income from a hobby unless it exceed that amount. I wrote to my tax office to advise them that I was selling and that I did not expect to make any profit initially and certainly not above that. They did not not request any further details and in the end the project was put on ice.

    Evening all, Wow! a whole new thread, think i've got some catching up to do lol, Just wanted to ask who the couple are that frequent w@ls@ll, st m@rys. Was doing the usual keep the SA chatting thing and she was saying that they have a couple go in everyday who always go to her who buy the same things with 3 grapes, 1 potato plus hair products etc and they only pay pennies for their shopping!! I really struggled to keep a straight face as i was trying to get rid of a £17 apg, When i handed it over i told her about the £15 cap and that she had to put it through as £15 and she just looked at me and said, what does cap mean!!! Off to catch up but just had to share as it did make me laugh

    oh hun, they are honouring all apg's that have been issued, the cap is only on the new ones x
    It's the thought that counts.......I think a lot!
  • stay in there, it will make sense soon:)
    yep and whilst you are here place your order at the bar. We have most drinks as long as they are glitching and a selection of sp biscuits although they are rationed due to the shocking price hike.

    I used to use my electric carving knife all the time, but since I got a really decent set of normal knives at a county show, it hasn't seen the light of day! I paid £22 for a complete set of knives including a steel, they have a 30 year guarantee and retail at over £100 normally. They were selling them for £35 per set, but I haggled!! :rotfl::rotfl: (I don't use the steel either, when they need sharpening, I take them to my friendly butcher who runs them along his grinder for free! ;);):cool: )

    I hope you wash them afterwards:D

    :eek::eek::eek: Always! I'm OCD about cleaning. :)

    That quote messed up, but i cba to fix it!! Blame lokitty for the Bacardi!!

    Well I'm not sure where that is... but the available definitions fgo so far as to allow for soliciting in general..
    I would love to know your locale and local meaning especially if very different from this.

    Hello to you all, just wanted to share that I felt the need to take the laptop to bed tonight to catch up. And my almost 2yr old DD has laid with me wide awake giving me kisses on the cheek and getting excited whenever she sees a doggie picture. Must get some shut eye now.
    Hoping for good weather tomorrow as I walk to my local and it takes me roughly 2 hours in all, I refuse to pay extortionate public transport fares and hope to lose a bit of weight too. Before I had my DD I was almost 2st heavier, lost some weight to get preggars and I am pleased that I am still gradually losing weight without really trying, I have made small changes..like not scoffing a whole bag of peanut m&ms as often as I used to. Keep thinking of joining a club to lose the other 2 or 3st I could do with losing, but can't seem to get motivated and I am not unhappy with my weight so just happy that it is at least gradually going in the right direction to be healthier.
    Anyway night all.
