Good luck. Just give yourself as much as possible. So you don't feel under pressure to lose it quickly, or stress if it slows down at the end.

    Thank you for the advice.

Hi,just catching up.Bertolli worked for me so thank you for that.

Has anyone tried the Oat so simple sachets in Apple and blueberry?
I got the original sachets but didn't like the sound of the golden syrup ones sound sickly to me but haven't tasted them.

    Thanks x

The apple and blueberry are lovely - not too sweet, but a little fruity, as are the raspberry. I got the syrup ones today for the first time, so not tried tham yet - I agree they sound like they may be too sweet, but at 32p, they're worth a try!!

I dont understand why so many people get this wrong. They buy the correct items but fail to get the right amount.

i'm sure they think i'm a sandwich short of a picnic in my local, every couple of mins i just stand there with my hands in the trolley muttering 1 2 3, 1 2 3, 1 2 3!
It's the thought that counts.......I think a lot!

I'm trying to stay calm and not think about cigarettes!!
This whole family thing is driving me insane, just spoken to my mum and there is a viewing at my grandad's today, there was one yesterday also.
I don't want some strangers treading around his house whilst his stuff is still there, god I am trying so hard not to scream!!

I think I might just have to be there later on when the viewers turn up and act all suprised.
Oh and the reason it's still on the market is my stupid cowbag of an Aunty applied for Probate and got it - done behind my mum and uncles back.

Oh Magic, thinking of you. I couldn't do the viewings of mums flat. It was priavtely rented and the landlord asked us if we would show people around as he lives in Spain and was trying to sell it. I had to get OH to do it I just couldn't be there.

I am a real strong believer in what goes around comes around and your aunt will not prosper from this although I know that it does not seem like it right now.

You are doing so well with the no smoking, I know it has only been 2 days but you should be proud of yourself for doing this. :T

My turn for missing cat stress tonight. Really unlike him to be out in such awful weather. Hoping he's having a wee nap in a neighbour's garage and accidentally shut in but can't help but worry :(

I bet he is out having a great time. I know it is hard but try not to worry too much and he will no doubt come home bold as brass demanding cuddles and food.

Hi,i want to loose 4 and a half stone by next summer as i would love to buy a nice outfit and look good for my daughters graduation next year.I just need to get started [ thats the hard part]

Hi. I've lost 6 and 1/2 stone in 15 months. I did it without any clubs or anything (too expensive!).
    My advice is...
Drink a glass of water first thing, then before every meal. No fizzy drinks.
Cut out as much processed food as possible - go fresh when you can
Limit to 1 slice of bread per day.
No carbs after 6p.m but don't cut them out altogether.
Give yourself a treat whenever you want, but count your cals.
Be aware of how many calories are in everything - you'll make better choices.
Don't weigh yourself more than once a week...

    Oh man!!

I have been buying them as fillers on a T shop (last shop was just 2 days ago) and they were £1 each not 25p

They are £1.79 BOGOF in Ts so every 2 compared £2 v £1.61 after the 10%. Bubba loves them and I think I can push the boat out to 80p and give her a break from Heinz once in a while :rotfl:

One important side thought before everyone rushes out, I was in one A yesterday that had whoopsied some of A's own organic baby food pouches. it wasn't the whoopsies that have the reduced barcode on them, it's the kind of whoopsies that the SA has to over-ride the price on. This might just be a case of some stores clearing out the overstocks from the baby event. Does anone know if that kind of whoopsie would appear on an APG comparison?
Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen
