Hi,just catching up.Bertolli worked for me so thank you for that.

Has anyone tried the Oat so simple sachets in Apple and blueberry?
I got the original sachets but didn't like the sound of the golden syrup ones sound sickly to me but haven't tasted them.

    Thanks x

I have bought the cinamon - haven't tried yet, also bought the pomegranate which are very nice :)

  • Hi. I've lost 6 and 1/2 stone in 15 months. I did it without any clubs or anything (too expensive!).
    My advice is...
Drink a glass of water first thing, then before every meal. No fizzy drinks.
Cut out as much processed food as possible - go fresh when you can
Limit to 1 slice of bread per day.
No carbs after 6p.m but don't cut them out altogether.
Give yourself a treat whenever you want, but count your cals.
Be aware of how many calories are in everything - you'll make better choices.
Don't weigh yourself more than once a week...
    HTH and GL!
Wow well done :) that is an amazing amount to lose. :T

well i'm going to admit i'm a vitamin virgin:o:o:o and trying to pluck up the courage to do a shop as my parents would love me forever if i treated them, just wish i had had the time to do before the cap, oh well

i've refererd to fudgecakes list and there is no mention of vitamins :(

i've referred to my documents with copy and pasted info from the thread and still makes no sense:(

not really any the wiser on what shop the vits are comparing to and the trigger for each shop

    can any vitamin expert clarify

triggers for Asda vs tesco vitamin shop??

    042104.jpg

    088207.jpg

then it's just a matter of going through msm right??

is there any other shops comparing with other triggers pls

eg waitrose or sainsbury, i remember odourless garlic being mentioned at some point??

so sorry to be a nuisance and thanks for any advice in advance x:A:A:A

I used the orange vit c above for mine, however 1st time I tried I bought the 300pk vit b complex. This compared on msm but didn't compare on my receipt for some reason. Only other 1 I bought was the centrum advance 100pk.

hang on - you can't have "2-3" fillers on that shop though can you? You have to have 3 to make it 9 items right?

only your "glitch" items need to be in units on 3 hun, you dont need to worry about the fillers, just make sure you have enough of them
It's the thought that counts.......I think a lot!

One important side thought before everyone rushes out, I was in one A yesterday that had whoopsied some of A's own organic baby food pouches. it wasn't the whoopsies that have the reduced barcode on them, it's the kind of whoopsies that the SA has to over-ride the price on. This might just be a case of some stores clearing out the overstocks from the baby event. Does anone know if that kind of whoopsie would appear on an APG comparison?

We got some iams like this (before the glitch) rtc £9 and it went through as Iams and compared to £12 and took £3 off my apg so I would be cautious of these type of items as they usually go through as the item but just cheaper if you know what I mean. Normal whoopises usually just have a generic bar code like bakery or meat and doesnt usualy have a comparision but is a useful filler item. Hope that makes sense.
