just thought of another thing to check, have a look to see if the terminals on the battery are done up tight and are clean

Just back from SW weigh-in and got my 4 stone award and reached my target (for now anyway, may lose another half stone in a few months)

I would never push anyone to lose weight if they don't want to, but the SW diet is amazing and I'm so glad I finally found something that works without having to be hungry.

It has been illegal for ages now to sell or market them. Not illegal to buy or use them though.

You need 8 different items but many people get 9 to be 'safe'.
