I think your missing the point. I have paid for them goods. at the total amount. I have a recipet to show so if I bought £8500 in goods I have recipet to show I paid £8500

I think the point you miss is that the tax office may not see it the same way. You have said that you have been in several times a day and collected APGs as a result. Though you paid for the shopping, the APG counts as a form of income. Even if you spend it you have still had the income. Thus the point about saving the most valuable in case you need to recoup the money to oay a tax bill.
I hope you don't but if you wanted to attract the attention of the tax authorities going to the press would be a good way to do it.
I'm sorry, these vouchers are only exchangeable for abuse!

Interesting bit in the telegraph article might be worth printing off and keeping
“Customers can still claim up to £100 in APG vouchers per calendar month, or up to ten vouchers in a month but not exceeding £100. This is monitored through the website, and colleagues will not be required to enforce this in store,” the spokesman said.
They are not required to now but some are keen as mustard from various posts

No you have a receipt to show you paid £8500 less Coupons/discounts.

Business run on receipts, credit notes/coupons and cash transactions.

If you cannot prove you spent £8500 in CASH (debit/creditcard accepted) then you haven't spent it.

And seeing as your receipts show Manufacturers Coupons on the bottom (and your advertising on a public forum/national newspapers) it is obvious that you have not paid £8500 cash money for the goods.

Therefore an accountant will only show the cost as the cash transaction, not the retail value, so you £8500 stock only cost £1200, so your "business" has a value of £7,300, which happens to be in stock. You could argue that is a retail valuation, and the actual value of the stock is much less, but you would be hard pressed to convince anyone that is all worth 32p an item.......

Don't take me the wrong way, good luck to you, I am just making you aware of a possible outcome.

I think asda have taken this glitch and been very good about it.

Stores have been a little funny sometimes but HO has been really respectful and allowed people to contiune to use the glitch.

I have to agree with that. Despite the sa's calling the sv almost every voucher they have been polite and accepted. ! took nearly 20 minutes but I had apologies from the sv and voucher accepted.:D
My local is extremely fussy about any voucher and have taken my safe coupons away to be inspected never mind the apg's:rotfl:
Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.

    Thank you.
However page one this thread doesn't explain how the glitch actually works just the current offers.
How do I locate the previous threads as I suspect they explain what i need to do.
    Thanks

I've read thread after thread and still don't have a clue how they work either.

One thing I'm going to ask and don't care if I sound stupid for doing so. Is a printer needed? The last time I eventually decided to go for the £5.00 off a £40 shop thing at Sada, I needed to print off vouchers and as I don't have a printer it meant I missed out on a few deals.
