Intermittent fault on JVC TV

I bought a JVC TV from Comet 8 weeks ago. It has devloped an
intermittent fault. Comet sent it away for repair (so far they have had it for 4 weeks), they could not see the fault when at their repair shop and are in the process of sending it back. How can I get Comet to replace or refund. I bought the TV on a credit card.
