Sometime during the google 'refit' Google seems to have forgotten where I live?

Options
Google used to know where I lived when I'm logged in

If I went to google maps it used to start at my road and if i wanted directions to another place it would default to travelling from my road

Google have since added 473829472 features like indoor mapping for large buildings, etc

But now I have to add my postcode everytime i want to use google maps even though i'm logged in

Sometime during the google 'refit' Google seems to have forgotten where I live?

Anyone else noticed?
When will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?

No, just clicked on maps and it showed where i was straight away without doing anything. Maybe you haven't got it set up correctly?

Actually I'm wondering now whether your location is only connected to your local computer/cookie & not actually connected to your login at all - cheers
