Yes. I do hope you are going to write your complaint rather than try to explain it over the 'phone?

Hi guys

Thanks for all your help I have had an offer made which I am more than happy with just wondered if you know how the payment comes to me the letter isn't that clear, it says I shall get paid less any arrears I have 4 offers 3 of them on closed accounts and the fourth on an open account of which I have never missed a payment so in my eyes isn't in arrears is that correct? If so do all 4 offers get paid to me or the 3 closed ones do and the. 4th off my existing loan balance? Or do I get all 4 to me?
