His everyone. Hope you're all ok and not flooded with this rain. DD got sent home from school today so didn't end up doing football. This saved me £3 so technically I didn't spend anything again. I'm just going to keep the £3 for next week though because it might be a tight week next week - am off to see George Michael and going for eats first!

Other than the £3, I have spent not a penny!
  • I've just realised I've gone wrong with my signature somewhere and I haven't actually put my figures in correct - I haven't increased my debt but I've written the wrong figures. I thought that after this months payment, it would drop below the £5000 mark but looks like that will be next month now! Aw shame.

Also, in case it's any help - we had a clear out of clothes recently and had five bin sacks full which we were going to give to charity but then we found a place that buys them off you by weight and we got £24!! This will pay for DD's winter coat :-D!
  • Hello forgot to add my spends for this week. Don't actually get paid till Thursday and have spent nothing so far. So gonna put £5 in my kitty on thus.x

Hoping for the same tomorrow. Hoping to get to Friday with the rest of my spends (£7) left as i may be out for a couple of drinks fri night, soft drinks as i'll be driving. But £7 doesnt get you much these days. :D

  • Morning everyone!

Really hate this constant rain when working away as it throws my traveling into chaos. Had to go over my intended spends due to seeking alternative transport for work and drink too but still under my £10 a day limit.

    £7.29/£10.00 (£2.71 in savings tins)

Have a good day (at least it will stop us all from wanting to spend, not wanting to go out in this) :p

  • Hi everyone!

It's great to read how everyone is doing... keep up the good work... or if you've slipped... try and limit the slippage!!!

Mid week update: After a BAD week last week, and pledging £20 this week am on track with £2.55 left! That said I managed to make £10.00 too - but am going to put that back into my Money Pot as have overspent this month.

Day off today (so a NSD) and hoping to make it through the rest of the week on the food/fuel I have left! Pay day tomorrow - yippee!

    :D

  • Another NSD for me today. :j Really pleased with that. Just got to stay away from shops tomorrow for another one.

  • Another day of spending, bought lunch at college and some bits and bobs in Mr Ts.

Opened my pay packet for this month and got my expenses claim back a month early so not too fussed about going a little over my weekly budget, will just cut down next week.
  • Well was a HSD for me - £26 exactly...that was my 3 course meal for tea and also a ticket to go see a Take That tribute band at the same place on 10th Dec. We'll have a meal then as well.

So I've got £11 of my £40 left from this week but also £13 from last week. Popping into town tomorrow so will maybe pick up some Halloween things from the £ shop or B&M.
  • Morning everyone. Spends for yesterday.
£11.77/£10.00 (£8.23 put in the pot)

Went over my £10 limit due to OH wanting lottery tickets. Typically he had called after I had spent what I thought was going to be it for the day  (he also had £2 out of the pot for his works lottery this morning too). Have put the rest into the savings pots to keep me from spending it. Am vowing to not spend anymore than the £5.70 for my train fare today (trains look like they are back up and running).

Have a good day everyone xxx
