There is some thick black grime underneath the fridge that has been exposed now that we've had to move the non-working large fridge. And due to her replacement being tidy, then it will expose this grime. There is also glass embedded with this grime.

I've told the landlord about this and she has said it is just general cleaning, basically it's up to be to fix. Is this true? She's said the same thing about the fact the jacuzzi bath lets dead skin out of the jets - but it can't be cleaned because it doesn't work, so it can't be flushed through!

Are the two issues up to me to sort out, or is the landlord supposed to sort them out? If so is there anything I can show her that tells her she needs to sort them out, rather than fobbing me off.

    Hi,

Looking for a bit of advice as to what to do as I am unhappy with my landlord.

We had a number of issues we wanted resolving:

Me and 8 others spent the best part of two days cleaning the place top to bottom and cleaning her appliances.

    Were these other tenants?

We had to live with an insure property due to the back sliding door, and after a week once she was back, she sent her mum round a few times with odd keys and we finally got a working key about 3-4 weeks after we moved in!

Which country are you in England, Wales or Scotland?

    How many is we?

What is the relationship between you?

    Are you paying Council Tax?
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

Not to freak you out but the skin could be all that remains of the dead bodies the last tenant who was a serial killer let behind.

Maybe the reason the hot tub doesn't work as because he had it on for long periods of time to keep the water warm so that the biological washing powder would be active and consume the bodies.
