    If you can't wash it at home, the wash it on your neighbours drive. Simples. I take-it the pleb who thought this ridiculous suggestion up is now in hiding?.

  • These laws ban drivers from washing their cars in the street because of the damage it is believed this can do to the environment with cleaning chemicals entering the water supply.
    Banning the environmentally damaging chemicals would make more sense, except to car wash owners.

    If you can't wash it at home, simply wait for it to rain, then run out and squirt some Simoniz over the vehicle, and let nature take its course.
