Interestingly though, they have already taken the money for £14.95 (2 boxes plus delivery). I thought this meant that a contract had been agreed?

I would have thought so.
This implies they are delivering and then asking you for more money because they got it wrong...well they just can't do that..imagine ordering your groceries from Asda and then them ringing you to say the price was wrong and could they have more money:rotfl:
You could leave it and see what happens...what does it say on your online account?

For those of you who have had a delivery can i ask what company delivered them.
I have a card through my door from Parcel Force saying they have tried to deliver and i can't think of what else it could be.

There's nothing on the order status bit.
Their Ts&Cs seem to suggest that the contract is aggreed when the email is sent. Annoyingly, I can't find an order confirmation email, although I used a spammy email address, so I might have accidentally deleted it.
I'll leave it a couple of days & see what happens.
