Tmobile Bill - HELP!!!

I have just noticed that tmobile have taken £340 from my bank account from the dates of 12/8 - 4/9!!

I currently have an allowence of 1000 mins and 500 texts.

I fully believe that there's no way i could go over and above my allowence by £300! My ususal d/d is £26 a month. I have spoken to them twice today. 1st advisor hung up after my waiting to speak to them for 15 minutes, the 2nd call I demanded a call back from a manager at 1pm today - did'nt happen either, I'm so angry!

Has anyone had any similar experiences with tmobile? I'm looking for some help and guidence with whats the best way to deal with this?

Any advice or suggestions would be a great help

Do you ever check your bills? They exist only for you to check them and to know how much you owe, what for and when you will be charged.

What was the charge for? I'd check your usage to see if it's texts, data etc, then you can go from there. It'd be fairly easy to run up a huge bill with data charges.
