Hi guys
I have relocated to UK. The house I have moved into has a landline with a dialtone, but needs activation.
I was looking at Primus for line rental only then using someone who can provide unlimited broadband and daytime calls. Ive noticed most broadband companies also want your line rental so that would rule Primus out for me. Not bothered about internet TV.
Any ideas as a new customer to whomever I pick, for a good deal at a low cost?

After more research and refusing to accept BT's advice on the phone that they were the only ones that could activate my line, I am going with Plusnets Extra broadband and anytime calls package, and as I am paying for line rental for 12 months upfront which saves me more money, they will activate my line for me for free as well
The broadband has a 60GB limit on it but its only 5 quid for every 5GB over you go and has unlimited overnight downloads which dont count towards your limit
They also have a half price broadband offer for the first 12 months so I will be paying about 9 quid a month for estimated 7-8Mb which aint bad considering Im on the top of a moor in Devon
Will order it tomorrow morning
